Australia stumbling
South Africa's seamers are right on top here. After Nortje's brilliant
start, the follow-up has been quite good too. Phehlukwayo got Smith
trapped right in front with a delivery that was aimed to be straight
with Smith shuffling across exaggeratedly. He went for a review, but
ball-tracking couldn't come to his rescue as it would've clipped the
outside of leg stump.
Soon after that, captain Aaron Finch mistimed an uppish drive to short
cover where Miller took an excellent low catch, giving debutant
Dupavillon his maiden ODI wicket.

Nortje gets Warner in fiery spell
De Kock seems to be spot on when he said there would be something in
this pitch. But it's one thing to have help with the new ball, and
another to maximise it. Nortje has done that with a searing opening
spell in which he's consistently clocked speeds over 145kph, along with
hitting that hard length often. One such delivery from round the wicket,
which straightened against the angle, found Warner wanting.
Captain comments
Aaron Finch:
Yeah, three changes for us. He's (Starc) been in every tour and
deserves some break. They have won four World Cups (about the Australian
Women's team) and I have won only one. So they know how to win and
hopefully will get the job done. Once we get through the new ball, we
can post a good total. At times, we are going a bit too hard, we need to
keep some wickets in hand at the end. It's about getting confidence
going into the New Zealand series. We are continuing to improve.
Quinton de Kock:
We have decided to bowl first. It's a fresh wicket, there will be
something in it for the bowlers and it will get better in the evening.
Two changes for us. Both teams have played really good cricket, we have
done well to come over the line in both the games.

Build Up
"This is cricket for cricket's sake," Telford Vice groans in his preview ahead of this third and final ODI at Potchefstroom. But is that such a bad thing after all?
South Africa have won the series already, ending a year-long drought
that's included administrative turmoil that plunged their cricket into
chaos. But they'll at least finish the home summer on a high with this
series. Today, the hosts will be without Lungi Ngidi, who's been rested
after his career-best six-for that helped them seal the series. But his
absence may give an opportunity to uncapped seamer Daryn Dupavillon who's been called up to the squad.
Australia are without their spearhead as well, with Mitchell Starc going back home to watch his wife Alyssa Healy in action at the T20 World Cup final.
